Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

We take good care of your data. Here you can read what we collect, why, who we share it with and how long we keep it. This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Danish version applies.

Data controller

Frederiksberg Fit ApS, CVR 45226913, Åboulevard 61A, 1960 Frederiksberg C, Denmark, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data at BFT Frederiksberg. Contact: frederiksberg@bodyfittraining.com.

What data do we collect?

  • Contact forms: name, email, phone number, what you are interested in, any message, whether you have consented to marketing, and which page or campaign you came from.
  • Login: your email and password are sent directly to our booking system to confirm who you are. We do not store your password.
  • Membership and booking: name, contact details, membership, bookings, waitlists and payments – handled in our booking system (Glofox).
  • Technical data: IP address and browser information, which are necessary to display and protect the website.

Marketing

We only send news and offers if you have given your consent. You can always withdraw your consent via the link in our emails, by replying STOP to a text message or by writing to us. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew your consent.

Who do we share data with?

We never sell your data. We use these suppliers (data processors), who may only process the data on our instructions:

  • Glofox / ABC Fitness – booking, membership, payment and customer records.
  • Wix – hosting of the website and receipt of forms.
  • Google (Google Fonts) – display of fonts on the website.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) – measurement of ads via the Meta pixel, only if you have given consent in the cookie banner.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our suppliers may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the USA. This only happens on the legal basis required by the GDPR – for example the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

How long do we keep the data?

  • Enquiries via forms: up to 12 months if you do not become a member.
  • Member data: for as long as you are a member and up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer storage.
  • Accounting records: 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
  • The login cookie: up to 30 days (see the cookie policy).

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict processing, object, and receive your data (data portability). If you have given consent, you can always withdraw it.

Write to frederiksberg@bodyfittraining.com, and we will reply within one month.

You can complain about our processing to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

Changes

We may update this policy, for example if we start using new tools. The current version is always available here, dated at the top.
