Terms of use

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of the website frederiksberg.bftscandinavia.dk and to bookings, trial offers and memberships at BFT Frederiksberg. This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Danish version applies.

About us

BFT Frederiksberg is operated by Frederiksberg Fit ApS, CVR 45226913, Åboulevard 61A, 1960 Frederiksberg C, Denmark.

BFT (Body Fit Training) is an international training concept. BFT Frederiksberg is an independently operated franchise under BFT Scandinavia.

Use of the website

You may use the website for personal purposes, such as viewing the schedule, booking classes and contacting us. The content – texts, images, videos and logos – belongs to us, BFT or our partners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

We do our best to make sure that information about classes, prices and times is correct, but errors and changes may occur. The schedule and prices are taken directly from our booking system.

Login and booking

You log in with the same email and password as in the BFT app. Your account is personal, and you must keep your password to yourself.

Bookings, cancellations and waitlists on the website are the same as in the app and are handled in our booking system (Glofox). Booking requires a valid membership or class pack.

The deadline for free cancellation is shown with the class in the app and on the website. If you do not show up without cancelling, a fee may be charged or a class credit deducted, as described in the membership terms.

Membership and payment

Memberships, class packs and trial offers are purchased in our booking system (Glofox), where you also accept the membership terms. All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT.

Ongoing memberships are paid in advance and renew automatically every month until cancelled. Memberships with a commitment period run for at least the stated commitment period.

Cancellation

Memberships without a commitment period can be cancelled with the notice stated in the membership terms, which you accept when you buy. Memberships with a commitment period can end at the earliest when the commitment period expires.

To cancel, write to frederiksberg@bodyfittraining.com or ask at the studio.

Right of withdrawal

When you buy a membership or trial offer online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, counted from the day the agreement is made.

If you ask to start training within the 14 days and then withdraw, you pay for the part of the period you have had access. If you withdraw, you must let us know before the deadline, for example by email.

Health and safety

You train at your own risk. If you have injuries or illness, are pregnant or are unsure whether training is healthy for you, you should talk to your doctor before you start. Always tell the coach about anything we need to take into account.

Follow the coach’s instructions and the studio rules. We may refuse access in case of behaviour that is dangerous or disruptive to others.

Liability

We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings in the studio. Our liability is otherwise limited to what follows from Danish law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at frederiksberg@bodyfittraining.com – and we will find a solution. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Board of Appeals (Nævnenes Hus, naevneneshus.dk).

These terms are governed by Danish law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available here, dated at the top. We will notify members of significant changes by email.
