Cookie policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Here you can read which cookies and similar technologies the website uses. Necessary cookies are always used. Marketing cookies from Meta are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Danish version applies.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage in the browser, are treated the same way in this policy.
Necessary cookies
These are necessary for the site to work and therefore do not require consent:
- bft_s – keeps you logged in so you can see and change your bookings. Contains an encrypted member ID, name and email. Expires after 30 days or when you log out.
- bft-member (local storage) – shows your name and initials in the menu while you are logged in. Deleted when you log out.
- bft-age-group (local storage) – remembers whether you have chosen prices for over or under 30.
- bft_consent – remembers your choice in the cookie banner (necessary only or all). Expires after 6 months.
- Technical cookies from our hosting provider (Wix), which make sure the site can be displayed and protected against misuse.
Content from others
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and some program videos may be shown via YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). If the schedule is temporarily unavailable, it is shown directly from Glofox instead. These services receive your IP address when the content is shown.
Marketing cookies (require consent)
If you choose “Accept all” – or turn on Marketing under Settings – we use the Meta pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook and Instagram). It measures whether our ads work, for example when someone fills in a form after seeing an ad, and makes it possible to show relevant ads for BFT Frederiksberg.
The Meta pixel sets cookies such as _fbp (up to 90 days) and may read _fbc when you arrive from an ad. Meta processes the data under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy), and the data may be transferred to the USA.
If you choose “Necessary only”, the Meta pixel is not loaded at all.
How to change your choice
You can always change or withdraw your consent via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings – if you delete bft_s you will be logged out, and if you delete bft_consent the cookie banner will be shown again.
